“I wanted to drop a line to say that just yesterday had a new furnace and A\C installed and that the entire experience was great from start to finish. From the time I phoned into the call center at 5:30 am on Jan 20 and got a most helpful rep who took my info then phoned me back right away to let me know that a consultant would be at my home to meet me at 10 am. That consultant was Nelson Menezes who was courteous, professional and punctual. We had a great conversation in which he addressed my every concern. He then took the time to immediately process my order as to facilitate the earliest possible installation as I was without heat. Nelson even took the time to ensure my gas fireplace was working so that I could have a heat source in the house beyond the one space heater I own. Thanks to Nelson's diligence the installers arrived shortly after 9 am the following morning to begin the work which was impressive as I was promised between 9 - 11 am start. The installers were also very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

I call your company right away when my furnace stopped working after the service I received when I had a tankless water heater installed by you in July 2013 when my then hot water tank failed. I was was impressed with the service then and continue to be impressed.

Also impressive is the fact that your company processes the rebate paperwork and will provide service honoring the 10 yr manufacturers warranty.
